Lord of the Hundreds

Lords is a hard ewes milk, naturally rinded, complex cheese, fabulously savoury, yet its flavour hints at caramelised hazelnuts, along with fresh grassy notes.

How to Enjoy: Lovely with charcoal biscuits, quince jelly and pears too. Lords was featured in the ‘Rare Breeds Society’ cookbook and many chefs use it as an alternative to Parmesan.
